• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, government agencies, corporate partners, and community organizations, to drive collaboration and support for our programs and initiatives.
• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure grants, sponsorships, donations, and other sources of funding to support organizational growth and sustainability.
• Collaborate with programmatic teams to design and launch new initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and objectives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
• Experience working with volunteers or managing volunteer programs is preferred.
