- Supervising and leading projects
- Managing the project team and delegating tasks

- Conducting team and planning meetings
- Liaising with executives and other departments and providing reports on project progress as required
- Ensuring project timeline and budget are adhered to
- Managing project documentation
- Optimising processes and conducting team-building activities
