    Business Development Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an ambitious and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive company growth across all service areas.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, securing partnerships, and expanding the company’s market presence.
    • This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, networking, and communication skills who can translate opportunities into tangible results.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute business growth strategies that align with the company’s vision and revenue targets.
    • Identify, pursue, and secure new clients for real estate, construction, surveying, and engineering projects.
    • Build and manage relationships with investors, partners, institutions, and corporate clients.
    • Prepare and deliver persuasive business proposals, presentations, and partnership pitches.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop tailored service packages and proposals.
    • Oversee negotiation and closing of business deals with professionalism and accuracy.
    • Track, analyze, and report business performance metrics to management.
    • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
    • Supervise or mentor junior marketers and business representatives as needed

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field (an MBA is an added advantage).
    • 3 - 6 years of experience in business development, marketing, or corporate sales — preferably in real estate, construction, or engineering services.
    • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding business targets.
    • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and analytical thinking.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and business correspondence.
    • Professional appearance, integrity, and self-motivation.
