Role Description

• We are looking for a full-time Business Development Manager to join our team in Lagos. This is a hybrid role, allowing for some work from home.
• The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing and implementing business strategies, and achieving revenue targets.
• The role involves market research, client negotiations, and collaboration with various departmental teams to enhance service offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Development, Relationship Management, and Client Negotiation
• Experience in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Business Strategy Implementation
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
