    Business Development Executive

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs. 
    • Responsible for increasing business revenue through business expansion and fostering profitability by building strategic relationship with decision makers in the oil and gas sector. 
    • Ensuring customers satisfaction, exceeding targets, generating income, and providing value for clients. Accordingly, should have well-developed contacts at senior levels in private sector. 
    • Build and monitor sales pipeline by developing and driving managing sales activities plans across the year. 
    • Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities. 
    • Identifying, recommending, and generating new business opportunities, negotiating, and managing relationship with tactical partners in line with corporate goals. 
    • Provide detailed report, statistics, and status of pending contract to the management on monthly business performance for personal sales target and team sales performance. 
    • Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships. 
    • Collaborate with the Procurement team to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on time and as agreed. 
    • Pipeline Management: Monitor sales pipeline by developing and tracking sales activities across the year. 
    • Familiarize with knowledge of Structured Groups’ products and services; maintain knowledge of key competitor offerings. 
    • Handle and manage all Structured Groups clients’ accounts assigned to you. 
    • Actively participate in bidding and ensuring that all bids are won. 
    • Monitor client feedback and satisfaction with the company, products, and offerings.  
    • Routinely meet with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any potential issues appropriately.  
    • Create and improve proposals for our existing and new clients. 
    • Prepare and present formal quotations to clients. 
    • Develop winning proposals to clients. 
    • Prepare internal weekly sales reports and present to Direct Report. 
    • Network with investors and other business partners to generate new leads. 
    • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings. 
    • Communicating new product developments to prospective clients. 
    • Keep prospective client database updated. 
    • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events. 
    • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams. 

    REQUIREMENTS

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field. 
    • 6+ years of experience in the Banking and Finance field, as Business Development Professional in banking firm or related industry.  
    • Proven sales track records. 
    • Proven Business and Sales Development experience in the Banking, Telecommunications, Oil and Gas Sector.  
    • Good Negotiation and Networking skill.  
    • Strong commercial skills.  
    • Excellent communication and influential skills.  
    • Excellent Presentation Skills. 
    • Great organizational and team player skills. 
    • Good project management skills.  
    • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. 
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite i.e., Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
