Business Development Executive (Telecom) at Ascentech Services Limited

Job Summary

• Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting internet services (Leased Lines, Broadband, IoT, VoIP) to meet annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and secure new business to meet/exceed targets.
• Map assigned region for potential clients (Internet Leased Line & other products).
• Build relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
• Respond to RFPs, deliver presentations, and close deals.
• Cold call, manage CRM/Salesforce pipeline, and meet sales quotas.
• Coordinate with support teams for client issue resolution.
• Ensure timely collections of receivables.

• Customer Retention
• Meetings/Demos Scheduled

Requirements

• Education: BSc in Business or related field; NYSC certified.
• Experience: 2–4 years in telecom/ISP with knowledge of Leased Lines, FTTH, VoIP, Broadband.
• Skills:Strong communication, negotiation, lead generation, CRM proficiency (Salesforce/HubSpot), MS Office, and ability to engage CxOs.
