    Business Development Executive

    Role Description

    • We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. This role is focused on driving the growth of our technology services by identifying new business opportunities, managing sales processes, and nurturing client relationships.
    • The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, particularly within the technology industry, and possess a strong ability to generate revenue and contribute to overall business growth.

    Qualifications

    • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology).
    • Experience: Proven experience in business development, particularly in the technology industry.
    • Experience in professional services is an advantage but not mandatory.
    • Certifications: Relevant professional certifications in business development, sales, or technology services are highly desirable.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients and market segments for our technology services.
    • Retarget Businesses: Develop and implement strategies to retarget existing businesses and expand service offerings to current clients.
    • Sales Management: Oversee the sales process for technology services, from lead generation to closing deals.
    • Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
    • Tendering: Prepare and submit detailed proposals and bids in response to client requests and tenders.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
    • Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build connections and promote our technology services.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and business development team to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
    • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by expanding the client base and increasing sales of technology services.

    Skills

    • Strong analytical and market research skills.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
    • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
