    Business Development Executive

    Responsibilites

    • Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain
    • Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients
    • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
    • Coordinating the activities of the Field sales Executives with weekly reports to the Human Resources Manager.
    • Work hand-in-hand with HR to manage and evaluate performance of Field Sales Executives
    • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
    • Increasing client base
    • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
    • Preparing and presenting business proposals
    • Negotiating with stakeholders
    • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
    • Following industry trends locally and internationally
    • Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 2 years work experience.

    Salary
    N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
