    Business Development Executive

    Job Responsibilities

    • Increase sales revenue through strategic planning
    • Identify potential leads and them into customers
    • Develop and implement plans that balance financial gain with customer satisfaction

    Requirements

    • A B.Sc / HND Degree in any field (Sales/Marketing background is an advantage).
    • Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
    • Strong understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.

    Compensation

    • Salary: N75,000 - N120,000 monthly. 
    • Competitive salary and benefits package
    • Commission- 5% on all sales target met
    • HMO
    • PENSION
    • Hands-on training and mentorship in sales and marketing
    • Performance based incentives and bonuses
