    Business Development Executive

    Position Overview:

    • As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving company growth trajectory, closing in sales, and expanding the business reach of our clinic.
    • You will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, turning potential leads to paying clients and developing strategic partnerships.
    • Your efforts will contribute directly to our clinic's revenue growth and market presence.

    Responsibilities

    Market Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and target markets.
    • Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform business development strategies.

    Lead Generation and Prospecting:

    • Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including networking events, online research, cold calls, and referrals.
    • Develop a strong pipeline of prospective clients and partners for sustained growth.

    Client Relationship Building:

    • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients and key decision-makers.
    • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to address their specific challenges.

    Sales Presentations and Pitches:

    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight our company's value proposition and solutions.
    • Effectively communicate the benefits of our products or services to potential clients.
    • Ensure a minimum of one (1) company HMO signup, and 10 individual signups to the clinic per month.

    Proposal Development:

    • Collaborate with the management and marketing teams to create customized proposals that address client requirements.
    • Ensure proposals are aligned with the company's capabilities and competitive advantages.

    Negotiation and Closing:

    • Lead negotiation processes, addressing client concerns, and finding mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Successfully close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.

    Networking and Relationship Management:

    • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the company's network and establish a strong industry presence.
    • Maintain and foster relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

    Sales Reporting and Analysis:

    • Provide regular weekly reports on sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust strategies as needed.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven track record in business development, sales, or relevant roles.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in developing business strategies in the health sector.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust.
    • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
    • Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for pipeline management.
    • Knowledge of the industry, health market trends, and competitive landscape.
    • Creative problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
    • Knowledge of eye care optical space is a deal breaker.
