    Business Development Executive

    Job Summary

    • The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic plans to drive revenue growth.
    • Day-to-day tasks include lead generation, account management, preparing proposals, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet company objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
    • Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and policies to achieve company objectives.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Develop and deliver presentations and pitches to potential clients and partners.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
    • Monitor and report on business development metrics and performance.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
    • Experience in the energy or EPCM industry is a plus.
