Business Development Executive at Juls Homes

Job Description:

• Manage the overall coordination, including the research, development, and distribution of Powerpoint presentations to executive management for key marketing initiatives under the direction of the Director.
• Lead integrated marketing communication and creative/campaign planning, development, and execution for all company products, including messaging communications, advertising, direct marketing, etc.
• Create and manage the monthly/annual marketing plan for a subset of the corporate and Real Estate markets.
• Conduct market research to increase the understanding of the market as a whole and/or certain segments, in conjunction with the Sales and Customer care departments.
• Organize and attend industry-related events, conferences, and summits for networking, lead generation, and deal-closing.
• Contribute to the overall sales collateral program.
• Track lead generation and ROI for designated marketing campaigns.

Education Requirements:

• OND, HND, and BSc holders. 

Other Requirements: 

• Self Motivated & Team Oriented
• Must be a go-getter, and have the ability to work with little or no supervision
• Must possess solid networking, marketing, and negotiating skills
• Experience in Sales and/or Marketing will be an added advantage.
