    Business Development Executive

    Job Summary:

    The Business Development Executive (HMO) will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s HMO client base. The role involves market research, sales strategy development, client acquisition, and revenue generation while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

    Reporting Line: CMO

    Industry: Health Maintenance Organization (HMO)

    Salary: 400,000 Monthly (Gross)

    Benefits: HMO, Commission, Pension, Group Life Insurance.

    Work Mode: Onsite (Monday-Friday)
     

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate, SME, and individual HMO segments.
    2. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
    3. Generate leads, conduct presentations, and close deals with potential clients.
    4. Upsell and cross-sell HMO products to existing clients.
    5. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and healthcare providers.
    6. Address client inquiries, negotiate contracts, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
    7. Conduct periodic reviews with key clients to assess service delivery and identify expansion opportunities.
    8. Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and HMO sector regulatory changes.
    9. Provide insights to refine product offerings and pricing strategies.
    10. Identify untapped markets and develop entry strategies.
    11. Collaborate with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers to expand service networks.
    12. Establish partnerships with insurance brokers, HR consultants, and corporate organizations.
    13. Ensure all business activities comply with NHIS (National Health Insurance Scheme) and HMO regulatory guidelines.
    14. Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance metrics.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    2. Minimum 5 years in HMO, insurance sales, or healthcare business development.
    3. Strong negotiation & presentation skills.
    4. Excellent networking & relationship management.
    5. Analytical & strategic thinking.
    6. Proficiency in CRM tools.
