    Business Development Executive - Delta

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a dynamic, ambitious, and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities, acquiring clients, developing strategic partnerships, and increasing revenue. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the organization’s market presence, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering sustainable business growth.
    • The ideal candidate must possess excellent business acumen, outstanding communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to consistently achieve ambitious sales and revenue targets. This role is suited for an individual who is proactive, resilient, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
    • Generate qualified leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital channels.
    • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, and key stakeholders.
    • Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and business pitches to secure new contracts and partnerships.
    • Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to clients’ business needs.
    • Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
    • Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through negotiation to successful deal closure.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging business opportunities and industry trends.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Represent the organization at networking events, exhibitions, conferences, and business meetings.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports highlighting activities, pipeline status, revenue generated, and key performance metrics.
    • Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
    • Consistently meet or exceed assigned KPIs and business development targets.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Mass Communication, or a related discipline.
    • 2–5 years’ experience in business development, corporate sales, key account management, or a related role.
    • Proven track record of achieving business development and revenue targets.
    • Strong knowledge of sales strategies, business development principles, and customer relationship management.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
    • Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities.
    • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
    • Experience within the hospitality, service, FMCG, or corporate sales sector is an added advantage.
