Business Development Executive (C&I) at A4&T Power

 Job Brief

•  We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (C&I) to support the growth and expansion of the company’s renewable energy business. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting the sales process for renewable energy solutions including solar PV systems, hybrid power systems within the commercial and industrial sectors, energy storage solutions, and energy efficiency projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, a passion for sales, and a keen interest in the renewable energy industry.

 Key Responsibilities

 Business Development & Sales

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
• Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, market research, and direct outreach.
• Promote the company’s renewable energy products and services to prospective clients.
• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track business development activities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.

 Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable renewable energy solutions.
• Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and negotiations to ensure successful deal closure.
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

 Proposal Development & Support

• Assist in preparing commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized energy solutions for clients.
• Support site visits, energy assessments, and project feasibility evaluations.
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely response to client requests.

 Market Expansion & Partnerships

• Identify opportunities for market growth and business expansion.
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, partners, and consultants.
• Represent the company at business meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
• Contribute to brand visibility and market awareness initiatives.

 Reporting & Administration

• Prepare weekly and monthly business development activity reports.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions within the CRM system.
• Track sales performance against targets and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

 Educational Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or any related field.
• Professional certifications in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
• Experience in renewable energy, power, engineering, or technology-related industries is preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
