    Business Development Executive

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a resilient, self-motivated, and diligent business development executive to contribute exponentially to the growth of our company.
    • As the Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the growth process of the company through increased sales and customer acquisition, by sourcing new clients and retaining the existing ones.
    • You are expected to identify and create strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. This position requires excellent sales, management, and interpersonal skills.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
    • Actively work on the sales and marketing objectives of the organization.
    • Effectively manage the resources of the company.
    • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
    • Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
    • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities and developing customized targeted sales strategies.
    • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
    • Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.
    • Engage actively in the publicity drive of the organization.
    • Maintain a positive perception of the company at all times.
    • Regularly gather intelligent reports on both customers' and competitors' activities.


    • Bachelor's Degree in Humanities, Social Sciences, or any related field.
    • Relevant professional certification in sales and development.
    • Minimum of Three years experience in the Marketing and Sales industry.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Must possess good negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work seamlessly under pressure.
