Our company is looking for a Business Development Associate to drive our MPG Club & Events membership through digital banners, graphic designs, discount offers, event planning and marketing items selection; drive our MPG Human Resource/Recruitment arm with professional/ technical skills and knowledge in handling employment resumes, employment job-posting, recruitment, integration links, profile resume pairing, technical software knowledge and sales targets; and drive sales/awareness of MPG University Training Courses, Custom Course Research and Partnership Courses to target market. Candidate must have understanding in White Labeling Construction, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing Safety.

The role requires building and managing relationships with existing customers as well as generating new leads, and we're looking for a self-motivated individual who can work on their own initiative.

The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of relevant industry practices, good communication skills, and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

Candidate must understand Supply Chain Management, Oil and Gas and Job pairing.
