Business Development and Growth Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive and lead new business initiatives from idea to launch
- Develop innovative business ideas that create value and generate revenue
- Create and develop new products or services based on market needs
- Build strategic plans for business growth and oversee their execution
Requirements
- A degree (B.Sc or HND) in any field
- Entrepreneurial mindset - you think and act like a business owner
- Business incubator experience - proven track record of building and launching new business ideas from scratch
- Strong understanding of how the economy works and what drives business success
- Deep knowledge of at least two of these sectors:
