Our client is seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Business Developer with a strong background in Quantity Surveying to lead growth initiatives in the construction and oil & gas sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and oil & gas sectors.
Prepare, review, and package competitive tenders and bids, ensuring compliance with client specifications and industry standards.
Lead commercial negotiations and support contract discussions with prospective clients and partners.
Collaborate with technical and operational teams to develop winning strategies for project acquisition.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to tailor proposals and business outreach.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals.
Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in tendering, bidding, or cost estimation— ideally within the construction and/or oil & gas industries.
Proven track record in developing and securing projects through successful tender submissions.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Self-motivated, with a strategic mindset and a passion for growth.
