• Rapid Rentals is looking for a Business Development Officer to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria!

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, construction, oil & gas, events, and other key sectors.
• Drive revenue growth through long-term generator rental contracts and temporary power solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and proposal preparation to contract negotiation and account management.
• Build and maintain strategic, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and procurement teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in Business Development and B2B  Sales (experience in equipment/generator rental or engineering services is a plus).
• Setup: Predominantly field-based (1 day/week in-office) with frequent client visits around Lagos and occasional travel across Nigeria.
• Attributes: Energetic, persistent, target-driven, and highly customer-focused.
