Responsibilities

• Elicit, translate and simplify business requirements.
• Manage communication in relation to business requirements.
• Analyse business requirements to ensure projects deliver in line with CSCS’s strategic objectives.
• Use data modelling practices to analyse business processes and articulate initiatives for strategic and operational improvements and changes.
• Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements.
• Identify and review requirements on project deliverables and communicate to project team
• Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements of ongoing projects.
• Communicate relevant project information to all stakeholders as needed.
• Stay up to date on the latest process and technology advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements of the organization.
• Determine and document user requirements for business processes and monitor deliverables against requirements.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies

Qualifications

• Minimum of a first degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline from a reputable institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in business analysis, solution design, or a related role.
• Proficiency in project management and documentation tools.
• Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies
