Responsibilities
Elicit, translate and simplify business requirements.
Manage communication in relation to business requirements.
Analyse business requirements to ensure projects deliver in line with CSCS’s strategic objectives.
Use data modelling practices to analyse business processes and articulate initiatives for strategic and operational improvements and changes.
Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements.
Identify and review requirements on project deliverables and communicate to project team
Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements of ongoing projects.
Communicate relevant project information to all stakeholders as needed.
Stay up to date on the latest process and technology advancements to automate and modernize systems.
Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports.
Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements of the organization.
Determine and document user requirements for business processes and monitor deliverables against requirements.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
Qualifications
Minimum of a first degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline from a reputable institution.
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in business analysis, solution design, or a related role.
Proficiency in project management and documentation tools.
