Business Analyst at Centre For Research in Enterprise and Action in Management (CREM) Nigeria

​​​​​​​ Key Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for aggregating and analyzing data from internal and external sources to track the organization’s performance on its defined scorecards in its financial and non-financial programs.
• Will use available data to access the organization’s position in the market and provide strategic input to the short, medium, and long-term outlook.
• Developing and coordinating research activities to gain strategic insights into the impact of the organization's financial and non-financial programs on a periodic basis.
• Monitoring emerging trends, regulations, policies, and other developments affecting the financial sector continuously as it affects the organization while proffering solutions.
• Carrying out competitive intelligence on the market to provide insights that inform business and strategic positioning, benchmarking competitor’s performance with a focus on defined growth drivers on a quarterly basis.

Requirements;

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex datasets.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
