Our Client is a leading Real Estate company

Location: Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria

• Building Architectural Designs and Supervision of construction projects
  from the earliest stages right through to completion

• Design buildings and produce detailed drawings according to best practices and standards of contemporary designs using the best design software

• Supervise site construction to ensure that it conforms with required standards

• Use 3D illustration or visualization for projects and presentations

• Ensure safety and functionality while minding aesthetics

• Ensure contractors conform with building policies and use adequate materials as required

• Ensure work is delivered within deadlines 

• Ensure design aligns with policies and regulations i.e. cross-ventilation law, minimum space requirements, etc. 

• Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients and advising clients professionally 

• Negotiating with contractors and other professionals when the need arises

• Attending regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists

• Dealing with problems that might come up during construction.

• Assess client's building Plan and make appropriate recommendations while taking corresponding actions where necessary. 

• Responsible for ensuring client’s designs conforms with company policies 

• Ensure setbacks are duly observed and conform to State and Federal building policies and laws.

• Perform all other tasks incidental to the job role and as may be assigned by superiors from time to time.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Architecture
• 5+ years work experience as an Architect
• Ability to work under less Supervision
• Good Communication skills (written, spoken, appearance)
• Analytical Competence
• Tenacity
• High standards of ethics, integrity
• Excellent time management skills
