    Builder

    Job Description

    • Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects from start to finish.
    • He read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the scope of work and construction schedule, prepare cost estimates, and secure new construction contracts.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc Degree in Building and other related qualifications (Having a Master’s Degree is an added advantage)
    • Minimum of Second Class (Upper) Division
    • Proven work experience as a builder
    • Time-oriented approach to tasks
    • Ability to manage multiple projects
