    Brand Marketing Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing the firm's brand identity and positioning in the legal market.
    • Their role involves strategic planning, implementation of marketing initiatives, and ensuring the firm's brand communicates its values and expertise effectively to clients, prospects, and stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities

    Brand Strategy Development:

    • Define and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the firm's vision, values, and goals.
    • Ensure the firm's brand is positioned distinctly in the legal industry.
    • Monitor market trends and competitors to refine the firm's brand approach.

    Content Marketing:

    • Oversee the creation and distribution of thought leadership content, including blogs, articles, newsletters, and whitepapers.
    • Collaborate with lawyers and practice groups to produce client-focused materials showcasing the firm's expertise.

    Digital Marketing & Social Media:

    • Manage the firm's website, ensuring it reflects the firm's brand and is optimized for user experience and search engines (SEO).
    • Develop and execute social media strategies to build engagement and attract potential clients.
    • Analyze digital performance metrics and implement improvements to campaigns.

    Public Relations & Communications:

    • Build relationships with media outlets, industry publications, and influencers to increase visibility.
    • Draft and distribute press releases, manage media inquiries, and coordinate interviews or public appearances.

    Event Management:

    • Coordinate branding for client seminars, webinars, and other events, ensuring the firm's identity is consistently presented.
    • Work with the events team to enhance the impact of sponsorships, conferences, and networking engagements.

    Client Engagement & Loyalty:

    • Implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and strengthen client relationships.
    • Develop initiatives such as client appreciation events or campaigns to enhance loyalty.

    Collaboration with Internal Teams:

    • Work closely with partners, lawyers, and other departments to ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications.
    • ​Provide brand training and guidelines to ensure alignment among employees.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or public relations, preferably within a law firm, consulting firm, financial institution, corporate organization, or professional services environment.
    • Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing trends, particularly in the professional services industry.
    • Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media platforms).
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Knowledge of legal industry dynamics is a plus.
