Brand Manager at Swift Consulting

Swift Consulting, an Education, Human Resources, and Management firm, is currently seeking qualified and experienced applicant to fill the role of Brand Manager for one of our clients in the E-commerce industry

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 3–5+ years experience as a Brand Manager, preferably in the E-commerce, retail, or FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, online consumer behavior, and social media trends.
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Proficiency in market research, brand analytics tools, and data interpretation.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES*

• Develop and implement brand strategies that strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement, and market positioning.
• Manage brand identity across all online channels, ensuring consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.
• Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, trends, and competitor strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and design teams to execute cohesive campaigns.
• Oversee content development (social media, advertising, digital campaigns, product listings).
• Plan and manage brand campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Monitor brand performance metrics and prepare periodic reports with actionable insights.
• Maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and brand partners.
• Ensure all brand communications align with the company’s vision and customer expectations.
