    Branch Service Associate

    Responsibilities

    • Handle customer complaints or concerns.
    • Respond to customer calls and emails and answer questions about products and services.
    • Completing a range of financial transactions, including processing invoices, payments, creating accounts and maintaining records.

    Qualifications

    • B.Sc Degree (Minimum of Second Class Lower) or HND (Minimum of Lower Credit) in any field.
    • 28 years and below.
