• We are looking for a result driven Branch Manager, to ensure that sales goals are met and office tasks are completed successfully in a timely manner.
• BM is also responsible for monitoring sales and creating sales report, training and managing staff and asking clients for feedback.
• To be successful as a BM you must have strong leadership abilities and excellent organisational skills, also ability to multi task and delegate duties to employees where appropriate.

Responsibilities 

• Train employees and evaluate their performance
• Create strategies to ensure that sales targets are met.
• Prepare report on sales.
• Liase with the head office to share stategies.
• Improve the overal fortune of the branch with realistic sales strategies.

Requirements

• Applicants must posess a very strong analytical skill.
• Experience in sales and marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
• Possession ofhigh networth individual in contact list is an advantage.
• Must have excellent organisational skill
• Ability to strategize and plan ahead.
• A Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or H.N.D (Higher National Diploma) in any discipline.
• Experience in Real Estate will be an added advantage.
• Applicant must reside within Jabi and its environs.
• 2 - 3 years work experience.
