    Branch Manager

    Location: Mabushi - Abuja (FCT) 

    Job Description

    • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Abuja Branch Manager with a strong background in travel and hospitality.
    • The ideal candidate will drive branch operations, lead sales performance, manage key client relationships, and ensure exceptional service delivery across all travel and hospitality functions.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage all daily branch operations
    • Supervise, mentor, and motivate staff for optimal service delivery
    • Drive branch sales, achieving weekly and monthly sales targets
    • Represent the company with corporate organizations and MDAs to secure travel budgets
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with foreign embassies to support visa processing, tour packages, and MICE operations
    • Independently develop and manage partnerships with foreign tour brokers, hotels, airlines, and other travel stakeholders
    • Oversee ticketing, reservations, and overall travel service delivery
    • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional customer experience
    • Manage branch administration, budgeting, reporting, and compliance
    • Collaborate with senior management on strategy, growth plans, and expansion initiatives

    Requirements

    • Degree in Hospitality, Travel Management, Business Administration, or related field
    • 5–7 years’ experience in the travel or hospitality industry, with 2–3 years in a managerial role
    • Strong understanding of travel operations, ticketing, reservations, and customer service
    • Experience with GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) is an added advantage
    • Proven ability to meet weekly and monthly sales targets
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
    • Experience managing corporate clients, MDAs, and high-value accounts
    • Sophisticated, polished, and able to represent the company with foreign embassies for visa facilitation, MICE projects, and international tour packages
    • Ability to independently develop and manage relationships with global partners (tour brokers, hotels, airlines, DMCs, etc.)
    • Must be proactive, dynamic, and ready for immediate engagement
    • Must reside in Abuja or be willing to relocate immediately.
