Description 
Cora Shortlet and Restaurant is looking to hire a Book Keeper who will be in charge of :

• Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into accounting software or databases then filing hard copies
• Preparing financial statements showing business income and expenditure
• Completing tax returns
• Verifying the accuracy of business accounts and alerting the management errors
• Recording any inconsistencies to help the Accountants reconcile inaccuracies
• Developing monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit and loss and balance sheets
• Preparing employee wages
• Managing employee expense claims
• Helping the Accountant with administrative duties and preparing yearly accounts

Requirements
The candidate should:

• Possess basic accounting knowledge
• Understand accounting best practices
• Have knowledge of FIRS ans LIRS processes
• Possess data entry skills
• Have high attention to detail
• Be proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Produce work with a high level of accuracy
• Possess professionalism and organization skills
