Experience in Design, Installation, Configuration, Customization of BMC Discovery ( ADDM)
Experience in building Application and Business Service models in BMC Discovery(ADDM) and the CMDB.
Work with data center associates to guide them to get information needed to be successful.
Perform discoveries and trouble shoot access issues to systems for discovery.
Perform updates and upgrades to the ADDM systems.
Knowledge of configuring ADDM system on a Linux environment
Updating data in the CMDB and modifying the CMDB structure.
Collaboration with ITSM tools service manager, process managers, and application owners.
Coordinating discovery efforts across multiple regions.
Configure and develop capabilities using AIE, Reconciliation, and Normalization.
Contribute to process owners processes for improvement efforts.
Ensuring all organizational policies and procedures are followed throughout process and application improvement efforts
Works directly with ITSM tools service manager, but will collaborate across IT regions and domains to interact with a wide range of data center representatives.
