BMC Discovery Specialist at Tech Mahindra

Required Skills

• Experience in Design, Installation, Configuration, Customization of BMC Discovery ( ADDM)
• Experience in building Application and Business Service models in BMC Discovery(ADDM) and the CMDB.
• Work with data center associates to guide them to get information needed to be successful.
• Perform discoveries and trouble shoot access issues to systems for discovery.
• Perform updates and upgrades to the ADDM systems.
• Knowledge of configuring ADDM system on a Linux environment
• Updating data in the CMDB and modifying the CMDB structure.
• Collaboration with ITSM tools service manager, process managers, and application owners.
• Coordinating discovery efforts across multiple regions.
• Configure and develop capabilities using AIE, Reconciliation, and Normalization.
• Contribute to process owners processes for improvement efforts.
• Ensuring all organizational policies and procedures are followed throughout process and application improvement efforts
• Works directly with ITSM tools service manager, but will collaborate across IT regions and domains to interact with a wide range of data center representatives.
