Billing Support Engineer at Ascentech Services Limited

Job Description

• Provide end-to-end L2/L3 support for billing application modules (Billing Platform for 4G LTE platform and VoLTE)
• Support changes carried out by interface applications like CRM, Provisioning, PCRF, OCS, and reporting
• Provide support to the Customer Operations team, Internal Users, and Revenue Assurance
• Analysis of Events/Renewals/Services/Systems in error, provide workaround solutions
• Overall knowledge of the application, systems & solutions for their application suite
• Technical specialist for resolving all complex and critical application issues/challenges
• Accountable for meeting & improving SLA & KPIs for their application suite)
• Responsible for driving down the incidents, problems, trouble tickets, service request trends, configurations, automation, Small development, and backend fixes.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a BSc / HND / MSc in relevant fields
• Technical Expertise and hands-on sound knowledge to do Unix/Shell Scripting and MySQL/ORACLE query writing
• Minimum 4-6 Years of experience in Telecom Billing Key Skills: Unix/Shell Scripting/SQL/My SQL/ORACLE
• Working experience in Rating, Billing, Invoicing, 4G LTE, broadband services, FTH, WTTH
