Billing Officer at African Industries Group (AIG)

Key Responsibilities

• Invoice and Quotation Generation:Prepare precise and error-free sales invoices and quotations promptly.
• Document Management:Organize and maintain a systematic filing system for all billing and sales-related documents, ensuring easy retrieval.
• Sales Document Provision:Furnish the Sales Manager with all required documentation for submission to customers.
• Accuracy and Compliance:Adhere strictly to established billing procedures and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies.
• Operational Accounting Support:Assist with general accounting tasks related to operations as required.

Skills and Competencies

• OND in Accounting or its equivalent with 3-5 years of experience
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy (zero expectation of error).
• Excellent organizational and document management skills.
• Proficiency in basic accounting principles and practices.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with billing software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
