• We are looking for a passionate and experienced Behavioral Scientist or Organizational Psychologist to join our team, focusing on our Employee Persona Module (EPM).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and analyze work styles, personas, and roles within an organization.
• Utilize daily entry data to create insightful behavioral profiles that align with organizational goals.
• Design research methods to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of EPM in understanding individual employees.
• Contribute to the development of user-friendly interfaces by providing psychological insights.
• Work closely with data scientists, UX designers, and product managers to create a holistic understanding of the employee within the organization.
• Ensure ethical considerations are met, particularly in relation to data privacy and psychological assessments.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience in working with organizational behavior, human factors, or workforce management solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts is a plus.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• A keen interest in technological innovation and its application to human behavior within the workplace
