Job Description

• The Beauty Advisor will support customers with skincare and beauty product recommendations, maintain attractive and well-stocked displays, drive product sales, and ensure an excellent and personalized shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and provide tailored recommendations on skincare and beauty products.
• Demonstrate product usage and benefits to improve customer understanding and satisfaction.
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing product displays.
• Support daily store operations, including inventory checks and stock replenishment.
• Build lasting customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
• Stay updated on new product arrivals and beauty care trends.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and overall store performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND, or B.Sc. in a science-related discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, etc.).
• Must have completed NYSC
• Experience not required, training will be provided.
• Basic knowledge of skincare routines or beauty products is an added advantage.
• Must reside around OPIC, Berger, Arepo, Magboro and environs (for OPIC branch) or Chevron, Ikota, Lekki, Ajah and environs (for Chevron branch).
• Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Smart appearance, confidence, and a customer-friendly attitude.
• Available for immediate resumption.
