Barman at Domeo Resources International (DRI)

• Responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining the bar area, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Take customer orders and provide drink recommendations.
• Ensure the bar is clean, stocked, and well-organized.
• Handle cash, POS transactions, and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible drinking.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.

Requirements:

• Previous bartending experience is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and bar equipment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
