REQUIREMENTS

• B.Sc/HND Holder
• Must have bakery experience
• Minimum experience 5years managing a bakery
• Proximity to work location is an advantage

JOB DESCRIPTION

•  Develop plans for pastries, juice, bread, farm products to achieve target
• Oversee the production, Account, Production, cleaning and security team and ensure effectiveness and efficiency across the business units
• Constantly walk the offices and production floors to make sure all employees are performing their assigned duties and complying to set rules and guidelines
•  Develop plans for the factory’s progress, sales, production improvement and general growth
•  Utilise appropriate systems to manage factory production, staff functions, analysis, and documentation
• Subject to agreed criteria, conduct recruitment, training, set action and targets, appraise, and manage performance, development, coaching and general support of all team members to ensure targets are met
• Reporting (content and format as agreed) on a daily/ weekly/ monthly basis or as otherwise required
• Responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet budgetary controls
• Adhere to all organisation policies and procedures
• Interact and co-operate with all members of the organisation, its suppliers, maintenance team and customers
• Ensure factory equipment is running at optimal efficiency by creating daily report and maintenance procedure for every machine and ensure factory employees follow this procedure regularly.
• From time to time, you may be expected to be part of special projects including market storming as are reasonably required of your job role.
