Job Summary

• We're looking for a skilled and creative Chef De Partie (CDP) Bakery to oversee our bakery section. As a CDP Bakery, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate bakery staff
• Plan and prepare bakery menus and recipes
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service

Requirements

• Culinary Degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience as a CDP Bakery or equivalent
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
