Job Summary

• We are looking for a reliable Baker to produce fresh, high-quality baked goods daily while maintaining food safety and consistency standards.

Responsibilities

• Measure ingredients and mix doughs/batters.
• Bake, proof, and decorate products according to recipes and production schedule.
• Monitor product quality, taste and appearance.
• Maintain equipment and follow all sanitation and food safety guidelines.

Requirements

• 1+ years bakery or commercial kitchen experience preferred.
• Must be good in foundant and sugar craft.
• Knowledge of baking techniques and recipe scaling.
• Team oriented, dependable and able to work with others.
