Back End Developer at Tingo Mobile

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable backend services and APIs using PHP and Node.js.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, following best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize backend services for performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Work with various database technologies, including structured and unstructured databases, to store and retrieve data efficiently.
• Implement and maintain data storage, retrieval, and caching mechanisms.
• Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure the reliability and availability of backend services.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our systems.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Previous experience in e-commerce, fintech, or a similar domain.
