B2B Partnership Manager at HR-on-Wheels

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure strategic partnerships across corporate, education, and development sectors.
• Build and manage a strong partnership pipeline from prospecting to signed agreements.
• Develop partnership proposals, sponsorship packages, and presentations.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and coordinate successful implementation.
• Secure sponsorships, grants, and employer partnerships while tracking performance through CRM.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in partnerships, business development, stakeholder engagement, or related roles.
• Proven track record of closing strategic partnerships with measurable results.
• Strong proposal writing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Education, Workforce Development, Manufacturing, Construction, Real Estate, Energy, or Facility Management is an advantage.
• Established networks across Nigerian corporate, education, or development sectors are a plus.
