• Automotive Mechanics to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in mid to high-level automobile service and repair processes, ensuring top-quality maintenance and repair services for our clients' vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults in a wide range of vehicles.
• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks.
• Conduct complex repairs on engines, transmissions, suspensions, and other critical vehicle systems.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and software to identify issues and verify repairs.
• Ensure all work is completed to industry standards and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues, repair options, and estimated costs.
• Collaboration to ensure efficient workflow and high customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, tools, and repair techniques.

Qualifications.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an automobile service workshop or similar environment, in mid to high-level service and repair processes.
• Proven track record of handling mid to high-level automotive repair and maintenance tasks
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspensions, and electrical/electronic components.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex vehicle issues efficiently and accurately.
• Familiarity with a wide range of vehicle makes and models, including both domestic and imported brands.
• Relevant certifications are highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to test-drive vehicles when necessary.
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces.

Education

• Minimum of a Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or equivalent.
• Technical or vocational training in automotive repair or a related field is preferred.

Work Environment

• The role involves working in a fast-paced workshop environment.
• May require standing for extended periods, lifting heavy parts, and working with potentially hazardous materials.
• Adherence to safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
