Associate Product Manager at AXA Mansard

Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Product Manager based in Nigeria.
• The Associate Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, enhance, and manage the lifecycle of Investment Products and contribute to the overall Digital Strategy of AXA Mansard. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing market and customer data, contributing to product roadmaps, helping with product launches, and ensuring product alignment with company goals. Collaborating with stakeholders to drive product success and constantly improving the customer experience will also be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Product management skills, such as roadmap creation, product innovation, and lifecycle management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in gathering and analyzing market and customer data
• Project management and organizational skills, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams and stakeholders
• Knowledge of finance and investments is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, IT or a related field
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software is an added advantage
