Job Description / Responsibilities

• Deal with all matters concerning land/title registration at the Lands Registry Office and the CAC (as applicable) e.g. perfection of Deeds of Assignment, Deeds of Legal Mortgage and Deed of Mortgage Debenture
• Conduct searches at CAC, Lands Registry and other regulatory agencies
• Incorporation of companies under CAMA
• Company Secretarial services including arranging Board/AGM meetings, minute taking, maintenance of statutory registers and other company records
• Handle immigration matters such as visa, work permit, expatriate quota etc.
• Draft and review a wide variety of legal agreements and legal documents e.g. wills, deeds, mortgages, contracts etc.
• Draft Legal opinions
• Research all legal matters to ensure accuracy of advice and procedure and also aid decision making

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-9 years work experience.
