BRIEF

Our Firm, an Immigration and Education Consulting Firm located in Abuja, is looking for a female candidate to fill the role of ASSOCIATE IMMIGRATION EXECUTIVE at our Abuja office.  In this role, the candidate will be responsible for creating marketing content, processing immigration application, social media management, customer relationship management, manage the firm’s online appointments and other administrative duties.

JOB PROFILE

• Client relationship management and complain resolution
• Managing all company social media accounts and professional platforms
• Marketing and educational content creation
• Immigration application and documentation management
• Preparing presentations and reports
• Other administrative duties

Requirements & Skill Set

• Minimum of 2years working experience
• Minimum Qualification: BSc/HND
• Prior work experience in an Immigration consulting firm is an added advantage
• knowledge of office management procedures
• Social media savvy
• Experience with office management software
• Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Creative writing; the candidate should be a skilled writer
