Associate, Finance & Administration at HR-on-Wheels

About the Role

• Our client is seeking an experienced Associate, Finance & Administration to join itsleadershipteam.
• This role offers a clear growth path, working directly with the Management Teaming Directorto build capability across finance, treasury, operations, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day treasury operations, cash flow, and working capital
• Support banking relationships, funding requirements, and liquidity planning
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis
• Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Strengthen internal controls and support audit engagements
• Maintain constructive relationships with regulators, auditors, and tax authorities
• Monitor regulatory changes and support compliance and governance initiatives
• Support oversight of admin functions — vendors, contracts, procurement, and office operations
• Contribute to technology and process improvement initiatives
• Support the Management Team ing Directoron strategic finance matters, reports, and board materials.

Requirements
What we're looking for

• ICAN/ACCA qualified
• Minimum of 6 years' relevant experience in finance, treasury, or operations
• Strong treasury and liquidity management background
• Proven experience managing relationships with regulators
• Proven experienceBackgroundin financial services or a SEC-related regulatedentityindustry is a strong plus
• Demonstrated readiness to grow into a senior leadership role.
