We’re looking for a smart, organized and proactive assistant to support our international trade missions, business events and global partnerships.
In this role, you’ll help plan and coordinate major trade events, manage logistics for delegates, work closely with international partners, and support teams across the company to ensure smooth execution.
You’ll prepare key documents, handle communication with stakeholders, assist on-site during events, and keep our databases updated.
