Assistant, Trade Missions & Events at Commercium Africa

About the Job

• We’re looking for a smart, organized and proactive assistant to support our international trade missions, business events and global partnerships.
• In this role, you’ll help plan and coordinate major trade events, manage logistics for delegates, work closely with international partners, and support teams across the company to ensure smooth execution.
• You’ll prepare key documents, handle communication with stakeholders, assist on-site during events, and keep our databases updated.
• If you thrive in fast-moving environments, enjoy working with diverse teams, and have strong communication and organizational skills, this role is a great fit.
• We’re seeking someone with a relevant degree, solid experience in events or international business, excellent coordination skills, cultural awareness, and the flexibility to travel or work outside regular hours when needed.
