    Assistant Operations Manager

    Role Description

    • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Operations Manager to support the daily operations of our facility management services. The ideal candidate will work closely with team members, manage vendors, ensure service delivery standards are met, and improve operational efficiency across assigned sites.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc) in any relevant field
    • 1–3 years experience in facility management or a related role
    • Experience in vendor management and coordination
    • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in supervising day-to-day facility operations across multiple locations
    • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations
    • Support the Operations Manager in planning and executing operational strategies
    • Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with company standards
    • Coordinate maintenance activities and respond to client requests promptly
    • Manage and liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery
    • Follow up on vendor performance and service outcomes
    • Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records
    • Support and manage on-site staff to ensure productivity and efficiency
    • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
