Assistant Fresh Manager at ADDAS Ultimate Limited

Responsibilities

• Provide assistant in the opening and closing of the fresh units through proper scheduling as required.
• Participate with the HR in the process of Hiring, training and mentoring of new staff members
• Assist in planning of departmental staff schedule shifts.
• Assist in ensuring compliance to recipes and menu’s by the personnels’ as approved by Management
• Resolve customer questions and complaints professionally
• Recommend to HR overtime compensation of units’ staffs
• Ensure the restaurant follows health and safety regulations
• Assist in the collation and placement of orders as required by Operations including but not limited to ingredients, fruits, consumables, utensils, equipment as stock is depleted or damaged.
• Assist in sourcing better deals on resources and equipment as needed
• Assist to coach, counsel, and discipline employees when required.
• Assist to develop, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
• Assist to create process that would minimize food spoilage and ultimately reduce waste for profit maximization.
• Participate during weekly sales meetings.
• Ensure effect display/merchandising of products amid various seasons
• Ensure proper stocking inventory and recommend specific items for meal preparation in line with health and safety codes.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should an OND, HND, or B.Sc Degree with 2-7 years experience.
