Assistant Cook at Rovedana

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Salary: 30,000 + Service Charge

Job Description: We need a hardworking and experienced cook for our partner in the hospitality industry. The cook must be able to prepare various local delicacies and also little experience in intercontinental dishes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing food items for customers as requested, including special requests, in a timely and consistent manner

• Determine food and supply needs based on rotating menus

• Inspect food products and supplies as needed

• Ensure work environment and stations are clean and sanitized

• Check food before it is served to customers

• Control and minimize waste

• Comply with outlined safety regulations and procedures

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of O’level qualifications

• Experienced in preparing various types of local and few intercontinental delicacies

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a cook 

• Ability to multitask

• Good communication skills.
